Sibrik Castle Bozsok |

The village of Bozsok is located on the Irottko Nature Conservation Area, a popular hiking destination in the Koszeg Mountains in western Hungary, right by the Austrian border. The region enjoys a pleasant sub-alpine climate, and offers various spas for the visitors. The history of the village spans many centuries. Tradition holds that the local castle was originally built to serve as a hunting mansion for king Matthias, but he bestowed it on the Sibrik family. The building was added a second floor during the 16-17th century, and was renovated in the middle of the 20th century.
Simple elegance characterizes the Renaissance-style Castle. Buildings on two sides, and protecting walls on the other two sides border a square court. A well-kept English-style park surrounds the building complex. Sibrik Castle Bozsok - nearest hotels
