+ The positive attitude and knowledge of the staff in the restaurant and in the hotel was superb. They were informative, helpful, discrete and friendly. We could not have expected better from them and we are regular e xperienced travellers so we know how to judge these things. - The lock on the door was old and needed repair. We made some friends of the staff and are communicating with then after our holiday as tyhey were so nice. The computer expert on the reception was very good and the Restauarnt Janos staff were really infornative of the history and culture of Hungary, its food wine and culture. They told us what to look out for and what to watch our for, enhanced our views of this interesting country and city. The food was so good we ate their almost every night.
