Although the distance from the Pest area made walking back at the end of a long day a bit of a slog, the hotel comfort and staff made up for that. There is also a lovely walk through a park to reach the Castle District, and the closeness of the Citadel made for an easy last morning before returning home. We found Buddapest itself a really wonderful place, and one that will always remind me of a brilliant 60th birthday trip.
