+ Everybody was very helpful and polite. The hotel rooms were extremely clean and the restaurant service and decor were excellent! Great chef!
- The rooms were a bit dated, but comfortable, and although there is a lift, it is a little hard getting up the stairs with a pram, 2 kids and luggage. There aren't a lot of stairs to the lift, but even a few are difficult when you have two kids, etc...

I strongly recommend this hotel for everyone just because of how clean it is and because of the lovely staff they have. They truly care that you have a pleasant stay.
