+ Location and help from the reception desk, very nice gentelmen
- Old windows and dors in our room, no electric cuttle for making tea or coffee, not very nice service in the restaurant downstairs

We stayed at Charles last weekend. The big plus of this place is a great location and value for money. Bus stop in front of the hotel, few stops away from the center of Pest, walking distance to the Castle. Great service at the reception, the guests can buy tickets, exchange money and count on every support. The price reflects th estandard and it is really OK for the short stay in Budapest. enjoy! as we did.
