The staff was more than helpful .The room was nice and roomy.Location of the hotel was excellent. Bus stop in front of the hotel was very convienent. We were glad that we didn't have to drive into Budapest! The breakfast was excellent. I would highly reccommend Hotel Charles.The price was the best around.
