+	The staff at the reception and in the restaurant are really friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast and also the food and service in the restaurant were good.
-	The building was from outside little worn. The internet room was hot by hot weather.

The hotel Charles was far above the average. We were very pleased that we overnighted there. The distance to the down town was not a problem. Busses past very often by the hotel. The distance was also walkable. We want to thank you for the nice vacation. It was really nice to stay in your hotel where everything worked and almost everybody was friendly and always smiling.
