If you like an old fashioned ,European hotel in a good location, with a great European breakfast buffet, Hotel Charles fits the bill. The Ritz it's not - furnishings are old, somewhat dingy, no air conditioning, windows open but no screens. But the charm is there, along with a mini kitchen and fridge. For a central Budapest location, we'd go back again. The price is more than right!
