+	The staff on reception were very helpful and polite. They gave us advice on travelling in Budapest and places to see which was very useful. Although Hotel Charles is relatively budget, the atmosphere was one of care and consideration.
-	The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the room got very hot but it was incredibly hot and sticky outside.

Value for money hotel with friendly and helpful staff While not central, it's location is pretty good with frequent buses stopping nearby.
