I was really impressed with all the reception and restaurant staff. The room was nice, well equiped, clean and cozy. The food and service of the staff in restaurant Janos were great. I was really impressed with the younger personal of the hotel and restaurant, more perceptive of the client's needs: ex. they brought a baby chair and table for our 2 year old daughter at the restaurant, baloons, coloured pencils and paper, to keep her amused. The second evening, there was a different team of waiters, led by an old person, and the service wasn't as good as the first time...no more chair and table for the baby, no more coloured pencils...though we were very generous with the tips... A big hug for the young personal, a minus for the old management, that was all the time wathing us, during the meal, in a very disturbing way. Per total, good impression, but it could have been better, at the tips that we left...
