+ staff was excellent and helpful
- The phone bill when I left the hotel. I bought a phone card to call America and when I checked out, my bill for just using the phone was equal to the charges to call home.

This was my first vacation to Budapest but won't be my last. I found the city beautiful and full of history, The people were equally gracious, also willing to assist a "lost" traveler.
