+ The friendly and considering staff in combination with a perfect room rate/quality ratio. The restaurant with nice food, friendly staff and reasonable prices.
- Not much to complain about except maybe too much noice from the big street outside.

With 2 km distance to city centre, the Habsburg castle and the Citadell Hotel Charles is a great choice on the Buda side. With the bus stop just outside the hotel entrance it is easy to get to city centre and the castle and Citadell are reached with a bit of exercise.
