+ The fact that the hotel was filled with international travellers, that made us feel comfortable. The breakfast was very good, staff generally very friendly and helpful. We did really enjoy our stay at the hotel and can recommend it. - The buses to and from the hotel were always very crowded. And it is unfortunately too far to walk into the city center. We had 4 fantastic days. It was my second visit to Budapest and the first for my parents. We really enjoyed everything we did. The tours were excellent, public transportation easy to use and food delicious. We will always remember our fantastic days in your beautiful city! On the last day of our visit, my father was pick-pocketed in the bus from the hotel to the city center. We told the staff at the reception desk, and asked what we should do, but they did not even offer to help us call the police. We were disappointed by this. But otherwise we were very pleased with the hotel and our stay there.
