Ersekkert, the Archbishop's Garden is the largest park of Eger, hosting various musical performances during the summer months. The middle of the park features a nicely ornamented fountain, while the northeastern part includes a music pavilion, and the southwestern quarter offers sport facilities – a beach, a tennis club, a fencing club, a stadium, and a sport hall.
The park was once a wildlife park owned by the local ecclesiastical leader, converted into a garden at the end of the 16th century. Today, it is bordered by the Klapka Gyorgy and the Hadnagy street, while the stream of Eger cuts through the middle. In the western part of the park, there is a pond with a small but elegant bridge.
